Some questions about Unilimited..

Well, I am thinking of paying for an unlimited account. I know there is a level 40 cap. Does that also go for unlimited accounts? If it does, im not buying it, it is not worth it. Also, if I upgrade my account from beta (I think Alpha too..) will I get my founder title? Thanks.
