This bug still exists?!

Ahoy all!

Today I was sailing around with some crew mates, plundering flagships. Eventually we attacked a EITC light frigate flagship. After killing the crew we returned back to the ship. But I when I returned my crew mates, the sea, , the other ships. All disappeared. Only my ship (I could clip through it) and myself was still there. Everthing else gone! I noticed that some of my crew mates did not get glitched. So I yelled at them to steer the ship back to port (A hunter was waiting for us to return in order to sink us) After we docked, I noticed that the island was glitched up as well. But the worst of all: I did not get my loot for some reason. I encoutered this bug for the first time shortly after the Brig was released. So I am disappointed that such game breaking bug is still there. Apparently this only happens during boarding phases. Does anybody how to prevent this and if Disney is even attempting to fix these? I really hate it that I cannot get my hard earned loot ( same applies to the others who glitched) because of some old bug.
Hopefully there is a way to prevent this.
