Tutorial Troubles - Cookiecutter's Last Stand

Yeah, my brother saw me playing and said George wasn't going to get knocked out, but somehow he did, probably because of how much glitching had taken place before hand :P Then I logged off because Jail wouldn't load and George spawned in jail when I returned. I actually clicked the option to do the tutorial again and nothing happened so after a while I just skipped and then at PR he wouldn't take out his rusty cutlass. There were a few other things I couldn't do but I think my connection was fine because I was invited to a crew. The cutlass problem and other problems weren't fixed when I walked into Fort Charles, but of course logging out fixed it. I was just surprised at how I could actually mess up my gameplay so much for a while. I also better add that George didn't simply fall off Rambleshack, he squeezed through the fance by the jail though it was probably obvious.
