Something along those lines:-

Lets say Pirate A, a level 39 Pirate is in the mines looting away and Pirate B, a Level 15 clicks on their name. Instead of the box that comes up that say's "Pirate B is coming to visit you" the box comes up saying "Pirate B attempted to visit you but has been sent to Ravens cove instead"
