Sorry if this has been mentioned before but yesterday I was thinking about how to keep the low level pirates safe (low levels I mean level 29 and under) when they teleport to you whilst in the mines.
i.e. A low level teleports to you when you're looting in mines but instead of them appearing in the mines the furthest they can go is Ravens Cove, thus would mean their level is safe from the level 38+ ghosts in the mines.
