The speed does not affect how much damage is repaired.

The amount of damage you fix each round is the same, but it takes more rounds to repair larger ships. Also, the more hull and rigging points you have affects the number of rounds.

Likely, one could figure out how many rounds it takes to fix a certain class of ship and divide the hull points by that number to deduce how many points each round of repairs does.
