Cap. Blue/Wicked Phoenix

Ahoy crew!
I'm new to the forum. I am Cap. Blue of Bounty Hunter Guild. I didn't know about the forum until I did a little research due to an issue I am having with the game.

I wonder if anyone here can help.

My ship, the Wicked Phoenix, has been anchored off the East Coast of Tortuga for a week now. I cannot access the ship, and I have sent several emails to tech support. They have not answered back except to get a copy of my log file. It is my war frigate, a level 5 Skull and Bones and my pride and joy in the game. I've been playing for four years and do not want to quit the game or pull my unlimited membership. Any ideas what can be done?
