Notoriety 33 quest

I assume the quest at Notoriety 33 is the Kingshead teleport.

We finished the boss quest last night and wife dinged 33 notoriety for sinking the Goliath and before talking to Jack.

She got a new quest to see Tia Dalma in her journal, went to see Jack to end the pearl quest then, went to see Tia Dalma. Tia started the dialogue for the quest even though it disappeared after talking to Jack.

Tia talked about some wooden animals and again, we assume that should have started the quest with an entry into the journal except, her journal is completely empty.

Logging out didnt put it back in.

It sort of looks like that talking to Jack at the end completely empties your journal of quests whether you completed them or not. Once again, we have to 'assume' this is the case as the quest appeared after sinking the goliath and dinging 33 but, before talking to Jack.
