If you are limited you will not be able to use any ships above a light, weapons of a crude nature and your skills will be that of a low lvl but you will be hard to kill if your a high lvl lol. You can play and gather gold, supplies and weps. for when you do pay again and will have all that waiting to go. SO can you play yes, will you gather rep not if your above 13 ( I think ) and your skill will only go to a point and be cut off but you have the same chance ( once again I think ) of getting famed weapons as does a unlimited. If you wanna play I would give it a go and see what ya think, I tried the same thing and after a short while got unlimted as not having fury and a staff and so on got old for me.
