Ahoy mates!
I know how much all of us love our guild. Most of us enjoy spending every moment together, which is why many of us have piled all of our pirates in to the guild. This often amounts to a single pirate having 3, 4, 5, or even more pirates in the guild, some of which they do not use.
Because this often causes a lot of clutter, and often misrepresents our guild in terms of activity vs. membership,
I'm going to ask that pirates who have pirates they do not intend on using for a good amount of time please remove them from the guild. You don't have to get rid of a pirate if you use them - I'm only asking that you take out any pirates that are simply sitting there without a purpose.
For example. I know that one of our guildmates has 8 pirates in the guild, which is a little outrageous considering that he only uses about three of them. In this case, this pirate can keep the 3 he uses in the guild, while the others would get taken out.
Think of it this way before you remove a pirate from the guild:
- When was the last time you used this pirate? A good indication of considering having it removed is if you haven't used it for over 8 weeks.
- What level is this pirate? You're more likely going to use a pirate that you may level, such as 30 or 15, than a pirate that is level 2.
- Is this pirate on your main account? If you have a pirate in here on an account you rarely intend to use, I would suggest considering removing him/her.
This is simply a way to make sure we keep our guild in tip-top shape, without letting ourselves get too bulky from fat-buildup caused by unused pirates. If you remove a pirate from the guild, and then later choose to start working on them, they can be readmitted without having anything held against them.
Thanks, mates! Happy cleaning!
