Gerard's Chest

I'm on the Gunner Quest where I need to find 25 year old rum and I need to dig it up from a chest behind a house on Tortuga. I searched every dig spot I know on tortuga and still didn't find the one that his chest was in. Does anyone know where his chest is? Thanks
