Last night I couldn't log on through the browser so I unistalled the game completely from my computer. Then I went back and logged in and it let me download the launcher. The only problem I'm having with using the launcher is that when I try to change the screen format to window mode, the whole thing goes black. I gave up. Lol! I hope you have better luck than I did.
