Blunderbuss got a reduction in power!

I popped in the game (finally working.. yay!) to see the QAR and the new bosses, and noticed my blunderbuss is doing a lot less damage.... I haven't logged in for a while now, so no changes were made, and I'm still using max Take Aim + max Bane shot.
Except my blunderbuss used to do 4k damage to lv 35 DH and 6k to lv 28 Dh
Now I went to the lv 35 new bosses, and my buss was doing 2.1k damage, even tho I should be doing 4k...


Ps. Where is the QAR? Logged in twice today through browser and never got the tiny note saying where the QAR is or anything about the QAR (on test, if the QAR is sunk, players logging in still get a message about QAR)
