* Updates:
o Added new NPC dialog
o Queen Anne's will slow when sails/masts are damaged
o Tattoo inventory has been divvied up between all the shops
o Added additional loot when all waves of the Queen Anne's has been defeated
o Adjusted the 'Wave' HUD for the Queen Anne's Revenge battle
