First off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEL!! Year older, year wiser! Now, there is really an extensive list of things that your fellow guild mates and myself could express here, but we will try to keep it (somewhat) short.

Del, you honestly are one of the best guild masters out there, and I know I am not just speaking for myself when I say that. You have always been nothing but kind, loving, courteous and respectful towards us, and you really are like a father to all of us Partners - not to mention your friends in other guilds as well. You look past ALL of our faults and you are always there when we need you. To sum it all up, you really are just a heck of a lot of AWESOME!

Del, I do not think of you so much as a guildmaster, but as a close friend. Someone who I can trust. Someone who I can go to for help. You have offered extensive guidance to me, and for that, I thank you. You have, however led this guild amazingly.
