My super weak pistol

Ok im a lvl 31 pirate and is it common if my pistol is at lvl 9 or somehting around that bc all my lvl 30+ friends have a Tri-barrel pistol.

I just dont wanna be a weak pirate. (Extra Info): Cutlass: 24 Pistol: (told you) Doll: mastered Dagger: 14 Greande: 5 (yes its weak) Staff: 14
