The El Sudoron Exit?

Tonight, I managed to enter the other door of El Sudoron (you can access it from Beckett's Quarry in PDF) and I found this mysterious town/room in PDF!

It's just like Port Royal, Tortuga, Padres but it's when you exit El Sudoron. But, there are many Undead Grenadiers or those other hard skeletons to battle.

Has anyone even entered this mysterious room?

- This town is complete with Customization shops
- This town has a pub w/ NO games to play with a bartender
- There are many dangerous enemies
- There is NO jail
- Once you look at the ocean, there's is no island surrounding

I am asking: Has anyone reached this part of PDF before? We managed to get in with my other two friends I know in real life.
