Is anyone else having this problem?

Ok, so I decide I want to play POTCO, right. So I click my launcher, and enter my username and password. Then I click play, and the POTCO window never opens to my character page, but instead opens up the bug report page on internet explorer.

In other words, I can't play POTCO.

Anyone explain?
