Not only clothes, but the barbershop is alive, so is the tattoo shop (that I've run across yet).
Edit: And the Jewelry Shop. And the Boss Battle now says "Coming Soon". It's funny, especially in the tailor shops, everyone looks like kids at Christmas. I got on right at 4, went into the tailor shop on P.R. and there had to be 25-30 people in there.
