How to open Phase Files?

Hiya ppl! Recently I've been curious about the phase files. So I skimmed through almost everything on Google and got nothing useful. I know to go to Program Files - Disney - Disney Online - Pirates Online - and then to Phases 1-5. On phase_1, I right-click it then open with Pview. But the Pview screen is grey, with no models

Anything I miss??
