Question for people who have test servers!

Heyy. I'd like to know what the new tattoos/piercings/clothes that they have been talking about are like, which I am excited for!

I read on their news that people with test servers can now have them so I was just wondering what they were like. Also, are they expensive? Should I be saving my gold? - Or are they free?
