Where can I find a graphics card dowload that is compatable?

My computer needs a graphics card download I believe. Starting this morning, when I scroll up and down the internet pages, it makes a wave like thing go up or down across the page...depending on which way i scroll. I searched on dell computer support but I dont know what to download I even found my computer type(using a service code from my computer) but when i clicked one of the download links it started to upload but then stopped and said there are no files to download.


I have windows xp...dell computer Dimension E510


When I go to check the type of video drive I have...all the things (name,manufacturer,chip type...ect) say N/A

But before when I looked a few months ago it said radeon (some number) i forgot the number. When I turn on my computer everytime, it comes to a black page that says driver 2 not found(so i press F1 to skip)....this has been happening ever since I took it to the computer shop to have the cd drive fixed,got a new one(cd drive) which works.


A message from POTCO said: ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series with drivers from 8/20/2008.


But the driver link they provided me, when i click download it says this is not compatible with my drivers i have and may cause damage. so I decided to go to the actual dell support site.


anyone know what to do?
