I can't go to the high sea!

Hi everybody.
I have a problem :
I bought a new PC, and I have install POTCO, it's work but when I want to go to the sea, it's bug and I can't do anything expectly : Ctrl+alt+delete...
What Can I do ? (I will try to reinstall the game)
