I did some research about this bug. Here's how it works:

1. Go into Pantano River.( Tia Dalma's place)

2. Log off.

3. Log back on.

4. Enjoy!

Hoping to have a fun party sometime, where we all go to the same place(behind Cuba;same server) and have fun
