Quests after the Black Pearl.

Im a long time member and need some help. Left game for a while because I had accomplished all the quests I could. Since I have come back I see lots of new characters in green standing around and lots of places to dig and lots of new things and new people to meet. I cannot find any of the quests that lead me there. I was hoping upon completion of the Black Pearl, the new quests would present themselves. I am at a complete loss. I have found the treasure room and I know there are quests for in there because I see rings to dig in there but for the life of me I cannot seem to find the quests. Would someone please help me. I love the game and want to find quests to continue to keep the game exciting. I also noticed a bridge in Padres I think where there is a man in green at the other end of the bridge and I know there is a quest attached to him or the bridge and I cannot find it. Helppppppp
