(Runs up to camera gasping.) I've just got back from spying on the Kingshead garrison! I'm not sure I shook them, but I had to get this information to you. It seems that the sudden advances in Navy technology is due to the fact that they're getting help from aliens! Here's a picture of one they've been keeping in a jail!

And I'm not sure what they're doing with it exactly, but they're adding on to the inner citadel!
