Edit II: The games are back up. They took off the " closed " sign now. Woot!
Edit: It seems Toontown is also down.You can still log in to both games, Open and Test, but it takes a few tries. Perhaps a server problem? I'm still online, and so are some guildies, but when I tried to use twice, it said " Pirates Online is unavailable. " It said that for them, too, and it seems Test server is down as well.
