I had an idea.
What it, you can raise the colors of the navy, and none of them will attack (unless provoked). Other pirates can attack you, but navy won't. You can't attack back. Also, it's unlocked at 20 sailing. Then, you have to go into an extensive quest (kill 100 navy/eitc ships) so it isn't abusable for pvp. What do you guys think? |
