Time Cards

When I use to play, which was like a year ago, I'd get my time cards ($10 a month ones) at Target. Went today to get one, guy never heard of them and didn't have any. I went by GameSpot after that, guy there said they don't have any - which I assume they don't carry and he didn't know where to get any. I live in AL. Anyways, where do you all get your time cards? I'm sure I can purchase online but they only debit card I have at moment is a GreenDot pre-paid card and the minimum I can put on there is $20 plus there is a $5 fee and last time I put money on it I had overdrawn on it like $25 and when I put $30 on it, it took $25 of it.

Funny though, its pre-paid and I under the assumption that you can only use WHATS ON THE CARD and I hadn't used it in like a year when I put the $30. I'm just trying to not put money on it and end up them taking saying I overdrawn on it again.

Help, I don't want to sit and use the free version.
