New Navy Stuff
Ok I noticed while on test (after new update and before it closed) that the navy had some new things. A flag in Fort Charles and a new building in Tort.
 This building is right by the gate in the Tortuga Graveyard Thanks Mac   and seeming as how test is still down wondered if you would like to guess as to why they are there now.
