How stupid can Disney get?!

I have recently been trying to find out how to get open chat on my pirate so i decided to go on live chat yesterday for someone's help and this is what I asked them

Hi is there any way of you making my account available for open chat?

He said: I am sorry at this moment but open chat is not available on disney sites

and then i was like so annoyed

because i have seen people on pirates with open chat so what were they on about?
