PvP Glitch (Its popular again)

The PvP glitch is back in numbers on Abbasa Tortuga.(The one where pirates can fight each other on Tortuga and level sign is red)I remember them from a while back too....But how is it done ,most people tend to keep lips closed or discriptions are vauge.Can anyone explain how it is done?Thank you.
