If ye know your guild will be attending the meeting, make your mark below with yer guild name and the 2 mates who will be representing your guild at the meeting.

If ye be a GM that be needing to make a substitute in place of yer absence from the meeting, please name yer representative who will be speaking for you during that week's meeting.
