Back to Back Updates...And Not A Single Clue

Since the latest updates have gone live, I have experienced two updates while logging in to test. One on 7/31/09 and the other just this morning. The one this morning said it had to change the launcher and left a big "OK" button where the log-in info usually goes. I did it and then couldn't log in until I restarted my PC.

Now, since these updates, my cannon animation won't work. I can aim my cannons but the cannon itself doesn't move. I sent a report and a screenshot.

Anyway...Is anyone else experiencing this or is it just me? Is there a place with release notes just for test? I have no clue if I'm supposed to be looking for anything or if that's it until the next "big" update...
