is anyone else having trouble with their ship?

That's the reason I came on here today. This happened to me yesterday, but not only did I sail through the island. I then teleported from my ship to Tortuga and began walking through the island. Through the mountains and under the water. I logged out several times, but it still showed me sailing. I wrote customer support and today thinking the problem would be fixed, I still can't board my ship. I even purchased another ship to see if I could board that one but of course I can't. Well that was a waste of 4,000 gold. Not much to do in the game if you can't sail, so much for playing over the holiday. O well, Happy Thanksgiving everyone... Arrrr!
