Which ship do you capture Captain Montrose (again) from?

This was a little tricky and I actually went out and had to experiment with the different ships. It's not just *any* EITC Frig, to my disappointment

You actually need to capture him from an EITC Light Frigate Flagship. (Found off of Padres..I think, if it's not padres then float towards kingshead. There is a light galleon/light frig relatively near each other in that area).

I was worried that I wouldn't be able to fight the EITC soldiers on my own, but I was like level 24 and my weapons were around level 10 or so. And most of them were grey to me and I had one green ranked. So it went a lot easier than I had anticipated.
