Yarrrrr!
The current notoriey cap be 40 I believe! As for the skills, 25 only! (I have mastered the Cutlass and it won't let me by 25!) Spend your points wisely and choose a weapon/strategy to favour! My my reckoning, your health should be 1800-2000 after everything is achieved hopefully! |
