HEY MOLLY,
Don't level while you are with JACK.. None of us will see it. If you go into the tavern, with a jack quest ready, you actually go into a different version of it than the rest of us will. I tried it once when Anne was going to see Jack, and when I follwed her into the tavern, she and Jack weren't there. But she was with Jack. They have different versions of the Tortuga tavern. See Jack first, then save the last couple of hundred rep for a group thing.
