Soldier Returns

Ahoy mateys! Bart has returned from his one-month sojourn a bit beaten, a lot tired, blowed, soaked, and generally abused, but still back to his brothers and sisters nonetheless! And I must confess, a prouder pirate there can not be upon our seas or any other.

First off, I just want to thank the IC and all my officers. I was hopeful (yet still worried) that the Krewe would not self-destruct with all the drama that was going on before I left. Strangely enough, my heart swelled this morning when I checked DXD and saw our numbers well over 150 (175 as of this morning), all of my long time IC members still there WITH all their ALTs back, and a quick check of this site and POF showed why.

The officers and the mates of BBK stood together, made some tough choices, hard decisions, and stood together making a truly formidable guild. Not only is the guild stronger than when I left, but we are now sitting pretty in the top 100 on the overall leaderboards as well!

Mates, ye did me proud. I wish I had Soldiers as willing to stand up and lead, make the hard decisions and stick to their guns with such a fierce loyalty as I have here in the Krewe. You all deserve a very special slap on the back and a Mojito at the Skeller from me.

You mates did good. REAL good!

All policies and plans as put forth by the IC in my absence are written in stone. No changes to anything this ship has decided.

A special thanks to Lizzy, Wolf, and Li. This guild will be at the top of all guilds after my next hiaitus. Also a big welcome back to all the Red Crew's pirates, alts, and officers. I missed you guys.
