Congrats to Andrea and Rackat!
As of today, Andrea has become a Co-GM and Rackat an Officer!
You both proved yourselves to be worthy representatives during your stay in PIC, the ones that aren't found so easily. You deserve the promo and I'm sure you'll do your best to live up to the expectations that come with the positions. Congratulations and best of luck! By the way, I managed to take the screenies from the after-promo PvPs.     PIC till death!
