Beta 2 Islands and People

As I promised, the following is a list of the Islands and people that I have found in POTC Beta 2. We have lost some friends and gained quite a few new ones! This list is by no means inclusive of all characters, however, it should be helpful in locating people for your quests or buying ammunition, etc. I am sure that I have many, many more people to add, especially in the caves in Padres Del Feugo. Your help with any additional people, along with their location and/or a brief description about them would be most appreciated. As I said, I will be updating this frequently. Please help help others! After all, we pirates have to stick together!





THE ISLANDS AND THE PEOPLE

You can sail between the islands or use the teleport totem on your map to teleport to them, once you have earned the totems. Currently, Port Royal, Tortuga, Cuba, and Padros Del Feugo have quests you can undertake to obtain the ability to teleport directly to them. It appears that the quests for teleportation are offered automatically when you reach certain levels.


PORT ROYAL

Port Royal is one of the main islands. On Port Royal, there are three caves.

The cave nearest the beach will lead you to ...........

The cave located behind Will Turner’s building will lead you to Tia Dalma in the beginning of the game. After she gives you the Compass, Tia Dalma moves to Cuba.

Behind Governor’s Mansion into jungle is the Governor's Garden. There is also a graveyard there. This leads to a cave which is Murky Hollow. There is another tunnel which leads to the royal caverns which leads to the wicked thicket.

PORT ROYAL - THE PEOPLE


PORT ROYAL - OUTSIDE THE TOWN

Adam McPrice - Found in the market place near the dock.

Darby Drydock - Shipwright - Located in large ½ ship. Repairs and sells ships. Also, offers quests

Davy Turnbull - Gunsmith - Located in a house with a gun on the sign outside near the small dock. He sells pistols, grenades, and cannons, along with the ammunition for them.

Edward Stormhawk - Bartender - Located near smaller dock

Edward Grintly - Located next to short dock.

Ewen McKraken - Located in a house with a gun on the sign outside near the large dock. He sells pistols, grenades, and cannons, along with the ammunition for them.

James MacDougal - Found near the haystacks close to Lucinda.

John Wallace - Located in a house with a sword on the sign outside near the large dock. He sells cutlasses and daggers, along with the ammunition for them.

Lucinda - Gypsy Commoner - Has a wagon near the Governor’s Mansion. Sells Voodoo Dolls and Staffs. Also offers quests and a recharge for your Voodoo magic.

Ruth Armstrong - Found in the market place near the dock.

Sally Gold - Located near smaller dock. She will tell you about Navy Medals and has other quests.

Sam Seabones - Commoner - Located near smaller dock. Offers quests.

Thomas Stareastern - Medicine Man - Last house before going up the hill toward the Governor’s Mansion.

Tori - Found in the market place near the dock.

Will Turner - Shop located beside a practice dummy right off the beach by large dock.

Bartholomew Watkins - In town - likes to hide behind barrels.

Basil Tacktimbers - Barber in shop near Daisy with Sissors and a razor on sign

Cassandra - In town near Cannoneer and Bartholomew Watkins.

Daisy - Merchant Trader - Shop is near to Will's. Has sign outside that has a pirate on it. Sells venom and bane pistol ammo, rusty cutlass, flintrock pistol and dagger.

Emma - Lives over Jeweler Smitty's Shop

Jeweler Smitty - Lives in a house in town with a ring on the sign outside.

Jonathan Fairbanks - Can be found walking around in the town.

June - Gordon Greer's sister - Lives in a house in town between Cassandra and Bartholomew Watkins.

Lt. Peter Blakeley - Navy Officer - You can find him across the street from a bar in a house with a red door. He is June’s boyfriend.

Elizabeth Swann - Lives in the Governor’s Mansion located on the hill. Provides many quests for you to attempt.


PORT ROYAL - FORT CHARLES - PRISON

Bingham - A Navy guard Bingham found next to Gordon Greer .

Gordon Greer - In the stocks inside Fort Charles, Port Royal.


TORTUGA

Tortuga is another main island. It is the last free island that is not under the King. There are three caves on Tortuga.

The cave nearest the beach behind the Shipwright leads to Wildwoods. There is a house after you cross over a bridge on the right.

The cave nearest to Fabiola will lead you to the Tortuga Graveyard. You can find Andros Mallet there. Further down there is a tree with lights leading into a tunnel and into the Thief's Den. You can find Corpses, Thugs and Grunts here too.

The cave at the end of the beach by the prison leads you to Misty Mires. You can find giant crabs there.

TORTUGA - WILDWOODS

Jack Redrat - Found in a house in the tunnel nearest the beach - He will provide healing and offers quests.

TORTUGA GRAVEYARD

Andros Mallet - Gravedigger - Found in Tortuga Graveyard.


TORTUGA - IN MAIN TOWN

Andrew Bowdash - He is in the King's Arm Tavern found behind the main town. There is a mug on the sign. He says he is the King of Tortuga. He lives in the house to the right of the Faithful Bride Tavern as you face the Tavern.

Boatswain Bill - across from Flatts and Flatts

Ben Flatts - Ben is a smuggler found in the main part of town. His office is located in blue door house in exit on left when looking at Fabiola.

Big Phil - Found in the main courtyard of town feeding the chickens

Doc Grog: located near the entrance to the town.

Isaia Callecutter - Tailor - in Shop with Thread on sign in Town next to Scarlett

Jeweler Smitty - Can be found in town. Has a sign outside his shop with a ring on it.

Le Cerdo - Patient in Doc Grog’s office.

Scarlet - Sits on well by Faithful Bride Tavern.

Blacksmith Flinty - Found in shack near Fabiola’s Wagon - Has a sign outside with an anvil on it. Sells knives and swords and ammunition.

Butcher Brown - Has a vendor’s tent in the shanty part of Tortuga with meats hanging from the tent.

Dajin Ming - Jeweler- in shop with a ring on the sign

Daniel Vallance - Found in a shack behind town. Had sign outside with gun on it. Sells guns, cannons, pistols and ammunition.

Fabiola - Fabiola is found right outside of town next to her wagon.

Hendry Cutts - Can be found outside of town chopping wood. He is married to Milly.

Lala Lovel - Tattoo Artist - in shop with Tattoo Bonita with skull on the sign

PEOPLE IN QUESTS

Althea - She is found on an EITC flag ship. You must board the ship, capture her, and maroon her on a deserted island to get her to talk.

Captain Archer - I found him on a Navy Frigate. The description and tasks are confusing as they tell you to look on a Navy Frigate and on a EITC Frigate.

Captain James Tollington Barts - He is found on a Navy Frigate. You are supposed to maroon him on Driftwood, however, the quest is bugged.

Captain Biggleton - Part of the Scary Mary Lash Quest. He is on a Navy Frigate or Galleon ship. You must find him and maroon him on a deserted island.

Captain Dennison - Part of the Scary Mary Lash Quest. He is on a Navy Frigate or Galleon ship. You must find him and maroon him on a deserted island.

Captain Reginald - Part of the Scary Mary Lash Quest. He is on a Navy Frigate or Galleon ship. You must find him and maroon him on a deserted island.

Captain Steadman - He is found on a Naval Ship. You must find him and maroon him on a deserted island.

Captain Wallace - Not sure where he was - he just appeared!

Collier - He is found on a Navy Galleon or Frigate ship. He has a key.

Luther - Has a list of the paintings that Elizabeth talks about. He is found on a Naval Ship.

O’Henry - Found on a skeleton ship.

Penrod - Gil Derge Quest - He is found on a Navy Galleon or Frigate ship. You have to maroon him after finding him.

Trent - Part of the never-ending (at least is seems that way!) Gunner Rum Quest. He is on a Navy Frigate or Galleon Ship. You must find him, get the key from around his neck, and return it to Barbossa.
