Problems with Pidgely quest?
UPDATED EDIT (9/29):
--- The problem with the Pidgely quest is that it doesn't end. When you go to turn in your quest, Carver says "Excellent work!", and then doesn't give you a new quest, so you're basically stuck. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.--- END OF UPDATE Hey Everyone, I am on the Pidgely quest, and I'm looking to kill the eitc officer in the tortugan cave. However, there are no "officers" in the cave. Only EITC grunts. And when I kill the grunts, none of them are the guy I'm looking for. (I think his name is Carrou or something). Is anyone else having problems with this? And if not, where do I find this guy so I can kill him? Actually, the eitc officer's name is Arcis. If anyone is having problems (like me) finding and killing him, plz let me know. Thanks!
