I believe 13. But it'd be pretty ridicoulous [Not much] if they ask for a credit card because how about if someone gets banned or any of the others will charge on their parents card. That's something i really don't want.

My brother tried making an account on POTCO the other day, and it told him he was not able to play because he's under 13... so yeah. You need to be 13 to play
 I didn't notice any "since you're under 13, please give us your parent's e-mail" message. ~Pink

I hope theres some blood, always makes a good game even better. :P Also some horror, that always makes me wanna play a game :P
