Bad account Id or username

Im having a problem. My account will not accept my account ID or user name.
This happend last week and was fixed the next day. My friend had the same problem but it lasted several days. Why is this happening?

That happen to me once but after like 5 times of trying to log in it finally started working right.

It appears the problems have now been resolved.

Things back to normal.

yeah happened to me they were under maitenence.

I email the helpdesk and asked when both me and my daughter were locked out but my son was okay; three different machines but same network/ADSL. The reply states that the problem was fixed in the latest release of the software and suggest that I update my software. I updated all three machines and it happened again this week. No idea why. All you have to do is wait an hour or two and you can log in again.
