Server Temporarily unavailable
I need your help.
My son was playing the free version without a problem. We upgraded to the unlimited version, now he can't play at all. When we click on 'PLAY' it says 'Connecting' then we get 'The server appears to be temporarily unavailable, still trying'. We've never been able to play the game after we paid for the unlimited version. I did live chat support and they told me I would probably have to configure my dlink router to use port triggering. I'm not sure how to do that so if anyone could can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it. Disney's technical support couldn't help me with port triggering. If you need more info from me to help me, let me know and I'll gladly forward it to you. I need to get these kids off my back! I have a dlink 524 router. Windows XP AVG 7.5 Thx, rudy |

That happens to me sometimes, but it usually fixes in the next try.
I would highly recommend contacting POTCO about this. |

Log onto your router using it's IP address - if you're not sure what it is, check the manufacturer website. In the router's menu, the port triggering section should be somewhere under gaming. In all 4 boxes - across the board - enter the number 7667. Name it something like pirates. You can also enter codes 6112 and 6667 on lines 2 and 3 - entering the same number on each line - again across the board. Name these 2 lines pirates 2 and 3 or something similar - for future reference. Click save. Try to log onto Pirates again. I hope this works and if I missed anything please someone post what I missed
