im suppose to get a diamond from a treasure chest on Isla Perdida that is in the jungle i cant find it in the queens nest and i think that is the jungle some one help me please i want to find it

This has been touched on several times before.

A search on the forums may reveal more information.

There are two entrances, one where Scary Mary is close, and the other.

Go in.. the other.

Stay left... you will go a little ways, and a rock will break the walk way, you can go left or right of it. Although the dig spot is on the left, at this point I recommend going to the right.
As soon as you get to the end of this big rock, stop, and look left. You will see a terror wasp flying back and forth in/out of a small niche in the trees with nests behind it. The terror wasp will leave you alone if you simply avoid getting too close, sneak into that niche. The dig spot is near the first nest, in front to the right (by tree roots).
