Pirate vs. Pirate

When you click on another player, there isn't a "duel" or similar feature listed as an option. I know how to access the pirate vs. pirate feature but I was hoping there was a way to battle against a particular player.

Example, earlier I was playing with my boyfriend and my son and we were looking for an option to fight each other. Pretending to whack each other with swords gets dull pretty fast.

Is random matching the only way to pvp?

yea for now i reccomend going to a quiet server and then launch a pvp
