Best Way to Get Rare Clothes?

I just want to know the best places and bosses to find rare (bright and dark) clothing. Is it really hard to get? Because I see many people with tons of these clothes.

Buy them at the peddlars or pick them up at Cursed Caverns. I've got three each of the Thanksgiving and Musketeer blouses there. Even the crude clothes I've picked up were good bright vibrant colours.

By rare clothing she means brights, not literal rare itms.

Try Abassa Darkhart, he is typically where a lot of people find brights. Or if you're a flat out looter, you're almost guaranteed to find some brights from looting.
