Glare of the Light

One thing that is really bothering me. If you're going on a quest that involves a ship, it's all lit up with the "divine" light. If you are at the helm, when you're approaching, you can't see which way the ship is going for the upthrown glare of light. Similarly, if you're a gunner on someone else's ship, you can't see the cannonball splashes because of the glare, to let you know if you are short or over.

They really aught to tone that down.
