New names on Test....
On test, I tried the Create-A-Pirate minigame, since it crashed before the update, and here is the list of new names:

I didn't feel like putting both parts of last names, or doing girl names, so, any are free to take that job on....

Quinn and Raven are girl names too :P ....I know a girl named Raven

I feel like Quinn is one of those names for both, like Sam, or Jessie. Raven... I did not see that at the time......

Dashing seems a bit feminine too... Destiny is quite obviously female, as I have seen at least 3 female pirates with that name, and never a male pirate.
They don't seem too bad, but would it hurt to have a few more... normal names? A few of these seem a bit... Not pirate-like, but more fantasy-ish. I don't think you'd see many pirates named Danger, Destiny, or Dashing. Nothing wrong with putting them in a typed name, but it made sense to me to keep the name selection a bit more piratey. Minus those few, they are kind of nice. |
